What i thought about this book was kinda boring well for me.
First of all:what i think about this book or novel is that is boring because theres to much talking. Second:because its along story to read i didnt find it interesting for nothing maybe because i never had a problem with the color of my skin or kids making fun out of it. by i still respect other people. Third reason:i didnt like it was because she dont defend herself and to fit in with other kids she needs to do this girls h.w. i mean who would do that in order to fit in. if it was me i would'f just go to another school that kids respect and more comfortable to me. Fourth reason:was because she whent trough all that so then at the end she coould accept herself for who she is. my opinion: for this book would be not interesting for me not a type of book i would read.
Recommendation:i would recommend students/adults that once in their life whent trough this kind of situation to read this. because people or who ever it is end up regreting of who you are and they will accept you for who you are not because of the color of your skin.
